Aamir Khan underwent a remarkable transformation and makeover for his role as Laal. He sported a long beard and wore a turban like a Sikh. The film directed by Advait Chandan is a remake of the Hollywood hit Forrest Gump. The film is releasing on August 11, 2022.

Naga Chaitanya and Kareena Kapoor is playing important roles and the film features  Mona Singh and Atul Kulkarni also. Laal Singh Chaddha is produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios, and Paramount Pictures.
