Bollywood super star joins Green India challenge

Green India challenge initiated by TRS MP  J Santosh Kumar won the appreciation of all. He as the founder of  Green India has been campaigning to promote greenery by planting saplings. Many celebrities have taken part in the campaign and according to the latest, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who was shooting for his film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali participated in the campaign. 

After planting saplings as a part of the Green India initiative, Salman Khan said "Planting trees is a very good thing. I don't know why people take interest in cutting trees. It is said that when a man stops growing, he should plant a tree. Tree is a still man and a man is a walking tree. This bond is very important. "wherever you have trees, you will have water".

The film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali stars Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, and Venkatesh in important roles while Ram Charan is doing a cameo. The film is directed by Farhad Samji.
