Shabaash Mithu trailer review

Bollywood is known for biopics on various popular personalities. According to the latest, the biopic on former Indian Women's cricket team captain and player Mithali Raj, titled Shabaash Mithu is generating immense interest among movie lovers. The film stars Tapsee as Mithali Raj while Mumtaj Sorcar as Jhulan Goswami. Vijay Raj and Brijendra Kala are the other stars in the film directed by Srijit Mukherjee. 

The makers released the film's trailer. Former Indian captain, BCCI chief Saurav Ganguly released the trailer and wished the makers all the best. He posted ‘Nazariya badlo, khel badalgaya'.The trailer showed Tapsee as Mithali Raj who was mocked during her younger days when she dreamed of playing the game of cricket. It was shown only her coach played by Vijay Raj encouraged her. The trailer highlighted the struggles of the Indian women cricketers. 

BGM is good and cinematography elevated the scenes. Sirisha Ray and Sreekar Prasad handled the cinematography and editing for the film. Produced by Viacom18 Studios, Shabaash Mithu’s creative producer is Ajit Andhare, while the film is written by Priya Aven.
