The ₹1 lakh crore initiative will focus on production, processing and exports, with the formal launch scheduled in Madanapalle today, on October 2 in the presence of Central Finance Minister Nirmala Seetharaman along with AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan.The State plans to mobilise ₹40,000 crore through public investment over the next three to four years and attract nearly ₹60,000 crore from private investors through the PPP model. The programme will cover 201 horticulture clusters across 10 districts, creating integrated production, processing, storage and marketing ecosystems.The master plan targets expansion of horticultural cultivation to 14.41 lakh hectares and aims to improve incomes for around 9.6 lakh farmers. Proposed investments include ₹20,884 crore for irrigation, ₹14,906 crore for horticulture and ₹4,562 crore for rural roads, alongside substantial private sector participation.The project proposes creating new irrigation potential for nine lakh acres while stabilising another 4.3 lakh acres. Around 5,721 kilometres of rural roads are planned to strengthen farm to market connectivity. Drip irrigation, sprinklers and fertigation will be expanded to improve water efficiency and support higher agricultural productivity.High value crops including mango, banana, tomato, pomegranate, dates and dragon fruit will receive greater attention. The government also plans grading, sorting, packaging, cold storage and food processing infrastructure, while promoting products such as mango pulp, banana powder, chips, tomato puree, chilli oleoresin and dehydrated fruits.The first phase covers 72 clusters, with cultivation expansion planned across 72,789 hectares. Everything looks silly and laughable. People heaven a sigh of relief when the film ends as they finally came out of the torture.Thaman's tunes didn't add value to the narration. All the songs turned extremely bad and failed to make an impact. His background music is a roller coaster ride. At times he elevated some scenes but most of the times he followed the same template.Krishan Vasanth's Cinematography is as per the narration. It is just in sync with the story. The editing of Praveen KL is decent to some extent in the first half but the second half left many unnecessary scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. Dialogues are just ok. This diluted the intensity levels of the already predictable narration. The screenplay is uni dimensional and offered nothing new. Direction turned out to be average.The music of Chaitan Bharadwaj is melodious. The songs are very few and we shot in an appealing manner. Through Dorothy, he did not deviate from one topic to another but chose to address in all the problems in a powerful, hardhitting and logical manner.He showed clarity of thought in his narration and this made a powerful impact on the viewers. He addressed casteism, violence, patriarchy, gender politics and discrimination. After highlighting the major problem or the controversial issue, he normalised it in the society. Though he did not glorify for the LGBT rights, he just normalised it.However for all the powerful elements, Karthik Subbaraj's narration turned out to be preachy. He starts the narration in an interesting manner and till the introduction of the lead actor, the intensity is maintained in a perfect manner.However, the romantic track slowed the pace of the narration and the story goes nowhere. It comes back to the track with the conflict between the hero and the villian and also the mother-son emotional bonding. The intensity reaches its peaks during the pre interval block before setting the stage for the second half.The second half continues in the same manner with protagonist and antagonist baying for each other's blood and the oppressed sect fighting for recognition. It also boils down whether they should fight for the recognition or for the survival to live another day to continue the fight. The film ends in a predictable tone with many cinematic liberties taken and missing logics hampering the realistic feel.Right after the start, one gets a feeling that something is a miss. Most of the scenes are included and shot only to give elevations. Though the start and introduction of the protagonist increase the curiosity levels, the same is not maintained in the next scenes. Kayadu Lohar's characterisation looked extremely odd and the introduction of Raghav Juyal looks absurd. The scenes of son hating mother is also not established properly. The mother's love for son should have been established in a different manner than selling herself to cure his fever. The interval episode after all the hype, looked normal.The second half picks up pace thanks to the protagonist's decision. However with the scenes turning monotonous and routine ,one cannot travel with them. The role of MLA similar to KCR generates interest. The way the Govt brands the oppressed people as terrorists smacks of logic. Same is the case with the pre climax and climax which turned out to be below average. Srikanth Odela failed as a writer and his direction turned out to be pretty average.Anirudh Ravichander came up with a thumping background score. He took the scenes to the next level with his background music. However at times, his background music turned extremely loud. Many such stories came earlier and except for Nani's braids, his look resembled that of Ram Charan in Peddi. Even some of the dance moves resembled the same.On top of it, though he did many stunts, many looked forced and artificial. After the intense start, Srikanth Odela turned the narration into a predictable one with romantic elements etc. Couple of scenes in the first half stand and except that , it does not offer anything new and high. He tried to elevate the mother-son sentiment but the scenes do not connect chords as they looked forced and disappeared in the intense action sequences.In his quest to take Nani's mass image to the next level, Srikanth Odela did not concentrate on the story, screenplay and direction. Story looked predictable and one gets a feeling that he drew inspiration from Peddi, Devara, KGF, Pushpa, Salaar and many others. The chapter wise narration reminds one of the successful template of Dhurandhar. In the name of emotions, most of the actors went over the top bringing in artificiality. Similarly, he has taken many cinematic liberties and logics went missing. The first half ends on an interesting note with few surprising revelations setting the tone for the second half.The second half goes further into murders and drugs etc. The first half included a song to highlight the father-daughter sentiment but it failed to generated the required emotions. The song placement looked odd and out of sync. They could have easily done away with the song.The main villian revelation did not excite anyone as the director failed to keep the viewers engaged with the suspense till the end. Viewers can easily guess the villian even before the end of the first half thus diluting the intensity levels in the second half. Many such films came earlier and the narration dragged with the routine breakup story of Karthik testing the patience of the viewers. The interval twist turns out to be decent and the second half turns little racy. But the predictable elements robbed the viewers of the excitement.Though few scenes in the runup to the finding of Meghana looked good, the weak villian turned out to be the main drawback. Generally crime thrillers have good following in the OTTs and so Mohan Srivatsa also chose the similar topic.He drew inspiration from Malayalam webseries and followed the same template of a cop investigating the mysterious death and then he exposed the medical mafia. He highlighted the nexus between medical mafia, doctors and organ trafficking. Apart from it, he also highlighted the emotions between brothers and sisters.However, the screenplay assumed predictable trope and the narration lacked the exciting and interesting twists and turns. One can easily predict the villains and the next scenes easily. Even the crime investigation scenes are not shown in an interesting manner. With the unraveling of the villain in the final episode, the webseries ends on a tame note.Naresh Kumaran elevated the scenes with his background music. The cinematography of Sandeep Kanth gave the scenes and proceedings a realistic feel. Editing of Srinivas Bynaboina is ok and could have been better as there are scenes that dragged the pace of the narration.
