Cine Snippet: Heroine helped producer financially

That is what movies are all about, everything needs to be perfect. One wrongly pronounced word in a crucial speech in her new film ‘Rajneeti’ had put Katrina Kaif almost hysterical with anxiety. Against director Prakash Jhas wishes, Katrina gave her self dubbing and movie was ready for release few days ago (now released).

The incorrectly pronounced word was ‘Satta’ (Politics ) which in Katrina’s Anglicised Hindi sounded like ‘Satya’ (Truth). Indeed Katrina had worked relentlessly to get the speech right, yet errors are prone to occur. After seeing the trailer, Katrina’s friends pointed out the mistake and she was aghast.

When she tried to get Producer and Director Prakash Jha to correct the speech, financials became hurdle for him. That is when Katrina offered to bear all the expenses that would happen to go for re-dubbing of this single shot.
