As part of the promotion of Jhummandi Nadam music, heroine Tapsi and producer Lakshmi Prasanna made a visit to the Music World in Kukatpally where they sold few cassettes of the album personally to music lovers.

Later, they headed to Music World in Banjara Hills and sold a few more copies. Young and energetic, Lakshmi Prasanna as a producer is exploring new ways to promote her film. The film is releasing in the last week of June.
