Telugu Producer Dies

Tollywood producer Annamreddy Krishna Kumar has passed away today, May 26. For the unversed, he bought the remake rights of Malayalam film Anukoni Athidhi starring Fahadh Faasil and Sai Pallavi.

The tragic news was shared by SyeRaa Narasimhra Reddy director Surender Reddy, who tweeted, "It's really disheartening to learn of Producer Kumar garu's demise. A very positive person and a well-wisher of mine. You will be remembered. My heartfelt condolences to the family (sic)."

The cause of death is said to be cardia arrest. Details about his final rites are yet to be announced. Meanwhile, the film Anukoni Athidi was supposed to hit OTT on May 28th.
