Actor Vivek Hospitalized; Critical

Popular Tamil actor Vivek has suffered cardiac arrest and is currently hospitalized in SIMS Hospital at Vadapalani, Chennai. The actor was hospitalized today, April 16 after he complained of uneasiness and chest pain.  Currently, he is being monitored by a team of doctors who have said that he is unconscious and there is no pulse.

Actor Vivek is aged 59 and it is worth mentioning that he took the Covid vaccine a day back and urged the people to come out and get vaccinated to stay safe. The doctors however have ruled out any connection between the vaccine and cardiac arrest. Although a noted face in Kollywood, actor Vivek is familiar face for Telugu audiences too with his dubbed films like ‘Vaali’, ‘Run’, ‘Aparachitudu’, etc.
