Radhika, Sarathkumar Sentenced To Jail

Kollywood celebrated couple- Radhika and Sarathkumar has got a major set back after Chennai Special Court has issued one year jail sentence in connection with a cheque bounce case. As per reports, the couple who owns Magic Frames Company also has Listin Stephen as one the oartner. 

Magic Frames Company took a money of Rs 1.5 crore and then Rs 50 lakhs from money lending firm, Radiance Media Private Limited. The couple had produced'Idhu Enna Maayam’ starring Vikram Prabhu and Keerthy Suresh from the borrwoed money. The couple later told that they would pay the money a year later but didn't meet the deadline. In fact, the cheque deposited as security too got bounced.

Subsequently, Radiance Media Private Limited approached the court in 2018 and after four years the judgment has now been passed which has direcetd imprisonment for the Kollywood couple. Now it is learnt that Radhika and Sarathkumar are moving to special court to quash the plea.
