Maharshi and Jersey win it big in Telugu

The 67th National Film Awards were announced today, after being delayed by a year owing to the pandemic. Telugu films won four awards at the event and the top honours went to two films – Jersey and Maharshi. While Jersey won the Best Film in the regional (Telugu) category, its editor Navin Nooli won the award for his contribution to the film. Maharshi was adjudged the Best Popular Film for providing Wholesome Entertainment and Raju Sundaram was awarded the Best Choreographer for the same film.
