Rashmika Mandanna’s graph is getting notch higher. The Chalo beauty has bagged her first Bollywood film where she is cast alongside Sidharth Malhotra. The film titled Mission Majnu is a patriotic one based on true events.  The first look starring Sidharth has given us synopsis as the film is deals about India’s most valor mission set in the heart of Pakistan that changed the relationship between the two nations forever.

Rashmika Reveals How She Got The Role

The Kannada beauty has now opened up as to how she bagged the role in Misson Majnu. She says that the makers approached her during lockdown and she read the script over Zoom call. “We had zoom call narrations and as I read the script I loved the characters and my gut feeling said yes to be part of the project. I am glad things happened at the right place”.

She adds, "I'm super excited to share screen with Sidharth. Also happy that the producers chose me and very mucu pleased to be associated with them as I have always loved their story telling.”

Directed by Shantanu Bagchi, the hero will be seen as a RAW agent.
