Balakrishna’s ‘Simha’ is a timely secured hit which is doing well for industry, Balayya and his followers or fans. Recent times, it was seen with ‘Magadheera,’ ‘Tagore,’ ‘Pokiri’ and few more high budget movies where fans of respective star heroes have formed into groups and declared their war against piracy.
Unfortunately this enthusiasm of fans was stipulated to only that movie or for only that particular star. This time Balakrishna fans across entire state mainly in Krishna, Vizianagaram and other coastal districts are repeating the same stunt once again with energy sprinkled by ‘Simha.’
Producer Paruchuri Prasad has openly declared of spending Rs.2 crores to kill piracy. Media sources reported that in Krishna district Nandamuri fans have red handedly caught Laxmi Musicals, a shop which is distributing ‘Simha’ pirated CDs and DVDs in huge numbers. Police raided this shop to catch 100’s of pirated CD’s and seized the shop.
So, let us hope that this positive energy of fans be continued forward and piracy find no place in our Tollywood.
