With no notable hit in the recent past, Balakrishna is craving for a success. His recent release ‘Simha’ proved to be a moderate hit and the box-office started ringing much to the satisfaction of Balakrishna, one of the top artistes of the Telugu film industries.
With ‘Simha’ running with houseful crowds at almost all the centres, several producers had postponed release of their films. ‘Young India’ of Dasari Narayana Rao, ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ of Dil Raju, and ‘Sneha Gitam’ of Lagadapati Sridhar are some of the films which faced the effect of ‘Simha’ whose release were postponed by a few weeks. ‘Young India’ was first slated for release on May 7 but was postponed to 15.
Likewise, ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ which was expected to hit the screen on May 7 was shifted to May 12, while Lagadapati Sridhar shunted out his film’s release date to May 28 though he first planned to release the film on May 1.
