TV anchor changes her sex!

Her name is Rose Venkatesan working for Tamil channel Vijay TV’s talk show ‘Ippadikku Rose’ from February 2008 was India's first transgender television show host and she has now become the first prominent Indian to have sex change surgery in Thailand.

Rose had sex reassignment surgery (SRS) in Bangkok on March 18 and she will officially announce her new gender status on May 6, which she says will be her ‘First Birthday.’ Plastic surgeon Dr Thep Vechavisit did a penile amputation and vaginoplasty which made her more of a woman.

Rose is even planning to produce, direct and act in a movie which deals with transgender journey to woman hood. Hmm…this sounds interesting guys. In India and that too a transgender turning into a woman!
