Surprisingly, RGG3 Turning A Safe Venture

Director Ohmkar’s last outing Raju Gari Gadhi 3 despite receiving mixed response is turning out to be a safe venture for buyers. The horror comedy film starring Ashwin and Avika Gor has collected a share close to Rs 3.5 Crores. The film’s theatrical rights were sold to around Rs 3.75 Crores.

After Raju Gari Gadhi 2 turning out to be a disaster, Ohmkar decided to make the third franchise of the horror comedy as a hilarious entertainer with adequate horror elements. Although critics slammed the film, it seems masses are loving it. More importantly, the film was made with decent budget and theatrical rights were also sold for reasonable prices.

Raju Gari Gadhi 3 is official remake of Tamil film Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 that starred Santhanam in lead. Ali, Brahmaji, Urvashi and Ajay Ghosh played crucial roles in the Telugu version that has music scored by Shabir.

Ohmkar announced to make Raju Gari Gadhi 4 as his next director. He is planning to make the film with Venkatesh. However, we need to wait and see whether Venky will give nod for the film or not.
