Andhra Pradesh High Court yesterday rejected the well known Director Dharma Teja who is known well as Teja’s plea to quash the case filed against him in the Jubilee Hills police station on 5th of March. This case was registered by Jubilee Hills Police in accordance with the complaint filed by Producer Chadalawada Srinivasa Rao against director Teja and some of his close relatives Anantha Padmanabha Reddy, Srivardhan Reddy and his wife Srivalli complaining that they have encroached his house and chased the existing tenants out of the house.
Director Teja’s appeal to the court was undertaken by Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu who rejected the plea unabatedly only excluding the name of Srivalli from the case. Justice simply quashed the petition of Teja and adjourned the case.
