Maharshi Event Not Cancelled, Postponed

Veteran actor and director Vijaya Nirmala’s demise is a huge shock for entire film fraternity. Tollywood celebrities took to social media to express their grief over the death of her.

Deeply saddened by the sudden demise of Vijaya Nirmala Garu, 50 days event of Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi which was scheduled for June 28th has been postponed. Few reported that, the event has been cancelled. The makers, however, clarified that, the event is very much on, but has been postponed to other date.

Sri Venkateswara Creations, production banner of Maharshi Tweeted, “Deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Vijaya Nirmala garu. Her success story is an inspiration for every aspiring film maker. Our deepest condolences to Krishna garu and his family. #RIPVijayaNirmalaGaru.

#Maharshi 50 days event which was scheduled for 28th June 2019 stands postponed.”

“#RIPVijayaNirmalaGaru... Her Legacy will Live On...... My Heartfelt  condolences to the family.” Tweeted Maharshi film director Vamshi Paidipally who is expected to direct Mahesh Babu’s 27th film.

Vijaya Nirmala’s final rites will be performed tomorrow, as announced by her son and actor Naresh.
