When my brother introduced me to him saying 'my brother is a good writer', he remarked 'Can't you come to Madras'. At that time I was still in teaching profession in Uyyuru'.
Paruchuri continued saying, 'Later after sometime, when I was in Ashoka Hotel along with my brother, Vijaya Bapineedu garu came. He said he narrated a story to Chiranjeevi but he did not like it. When I asked, he narrated me the story. I at once understood where there are faults. I told him that I will rectify them and will meet Chiranjeevi once again and narrate him. On calling Chiranjeevi, he too agreed. On the third day, I narrated the changed version. He said 'Good. I will do' and this turned out to be Gang Leader."
