Balakrishna Threatens Akhil

Young hero Akkineni Akhil was seen in a cameo in Akkineni family multi-starrer film Manam. Director Vikram Kumar designed special intro for Akhil in the film. After seeing the visuals, Akkineni fans waited keenly for Akhil’s heroic debut which happened with Akhil.

Directed by VV Vinayak, Akhil ended as a disaster. Then, Akhil picked a romantic subject for his second film Hello directed by Vikram Kumar. But, this film too ended as flop. Now, Akhil is hoping to score his first hit with his third film Mr Majnu directed by Venky Atluri.

Mr Majnu is slated for Republic Day release. But, Nandamuri Balakrishna threatens Akhil by joining Republic Day race. As is known, Balakrishna’s dream project NTR biopic will be releasing as two part series. Part 2 titled NTR: Mahanayakudu will hit the screens on January 24th.

Apparently, Akhil’s Mr Majnu will be pushed to other date or else it will be no less than a suicidal for its makers to compete with NTR: Mahanayakudu. Akhil is desperate need of success. So, Mr Majnu makers may not dare to release their film along with Balakrishna’s film.
