Criminal Case Against Mahesh

Controversial film critic Kathi Mahesh who attracted the ire of majority community by making obscene remarks on holy scripture Ramayana, Lord Rama and Goddess Seetha in a live discussion on a TV channel, now landed in serious trouble. 

It is known that Gaddam Sridhar from Rahmat Nagar, Yousufguda on June 29th lodged a complaint against Kathi Mahesh at Banjara Hills police station. Police interrogated him and later after investigation let him go and following his war of words with Swami Paripoornananda he was banned from the state.

Even after the ban, recently Kathi Mahesh questioned whether he cannot comment on Hinduism. Earlier he cried foul that he was targeted as he was a Dalit.

According to the latest police after getting legal experts, decided to slap criminal case on Kathi Mahesh according to 295(A), 505 (2) sections under IPC.
