Are BAN Distributors Really Happy?

Expectations were sky high on Bharat Ane Nenu as it was second film in the combination of Superstar Mahesh Babu and successful director Koratala Siva after the blockbuster of Srimanthudu. The film had done exceptional pre-release business which is highest for Mahesh Babu. Buzz is that, Koratala Siva himself took the responsibility to sell the distribution rights for which he had pocketed additional remuneration.

Bharat Ane Nenu received positive talk after the release. However, some felt that, the film’s second half was bit sluggish and routine. Although BAN opened to fantastic collections on first day, it had slowed down from second day. There were reports that, distributors were unhappy over performance of the film.

Interestingly, the film unit invited all the distributors of the film for success meet held today in Hyderabad. Danayya requested the distributors to speak about the film’s performance in their respected areas. As expected, everyone stated to have delighted with the film’s collections.

However, trade pundits say that, BAN is doing below par business in few areas such as Ceded and West. Curiously, everyone including Siva and Mahesh Babu specially mentioned that all the distributors are very much happy as the film is running successfully in its second week.

The big question is, are BAN distributors really happy?
