Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s dream project NTR, biopic on legendary actor turned politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, took place today in majestic way with who’s and who from film and political fraternity attending it. Venkaiah Naidu, honorable Vice President of India, graced the function as chief guest.

Biggest surprise was Balakrishna came in his father NTR’s favorite getup of Duryodhana and as part of first shot he uttered the very popular ‘Emantivi Emantivi’ dialogue from Daana Veera Soora Karna.

The launching event of NTR’s mythological film Dana Veera Soora Karna is filmed as the first shot of NTR biopic. Fans are delighted to see Balakrishna in Duryodhana getup and uttering the famous dialogue.

In the film NTR, Balakrishna will be seen sporting various getups from iconic films of his father NTR. The film portrays journey of NTR from his childhood to becoming a super star in films to making his mark in politics as first non-congress CM.

Besides doing lead role, Balakrishna is also co-producing NTR in association with Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri. Directed by Teja, NTR will have Vidya Balan playing Basavatarakam, wife of NTR.
