Film making is a passion for few while it’s simple business for many. Off late, we find many new, young and talented directors entering into field after crossing life risking hurdles to prove themselves and make a position of their own in this competitive world.
Ajay Andrews Nuthakki, the director of Okkadu Migiladu appears to be one such exemplary case who kept his precious life at peril for the sake of film. According to the information we received from Manchu Manoj who also happens to be the hero of film could not stop eulogizing his director.
‘There is a 40 minutes lengthy boat episode in second half that will take away audience breath. Emotional drama between 11 refugees is shot so realistically. A team of five members used to leave into ocean at morning 6 AM and comeback only after few days shooting in those hostile conditions. One day, director Ajay came with his ribs broken in the gruesome schedule. Despite doctor’s advice to take bed rest for couple of months, within weeks the schedule is revived,’ said Manoj.
