Late Akkineni Annapurna, wife of legendary Akkineni Nageshwara Rao is considered as lucky mascot for entire family. In fact, renowned Annapurna Studios has been established on her name is today one of the prestigious cine studios in Hyderabad. Though she passed away long back even today Akkineni family members respect her and built a special statue.
