Acharya Arrest, Controversial Film!

Director Srinivas Raju of Dandupalyam fame is yet again touching a controversial subject on the arrest of Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswati. As per a buzz, subject of this yet to be announced film titled Acharya Arrest is based on the murder of Sankara Raman (Temple Manager), a shocking incident happened at Kanchi Peetam in the year 2004 followed by arrest of Jayendra Saraswati.

Acharya Arrest is also given a tagline, Insult to Every Hindu will be made as bi-lingual in Tamil, Kannada languages and will be dubbed for Telugu audience too.

‘I will delve into all matters that led to the events in 2004 at Kanchi mutt. All the issues like political angle, mysteries and rumors will be unveiled. I will soon meet Jayendra Saraswathi personally to find more details. Meanwhile, I also met a person belonging to the same gang which killed Sankara Raman,’ said Srinivas Raju waiting for the release of Dandupalyam 2 on July 14th.
