Controversial Cricketer Into Tollywood

After being abandoned from playing Cricket for India due to his involvement in match fixing, controversial cricketer Sreesanth has chosen movies as his next career stop.

Sreesanth is making his debut in Malayalam movies through Team 5 releasing in Telugu with same title.

Theatrical trailer that released recently is quite interesting with bike racing as the back drop. Sreesanth looks like a hero material and will have to watch the movie to know if he has successfully pulled off his character.

Makers have revealed the release date of Team 5 as July 14th. With Sreesanth career at stake, this will be a big day for the cricketer as he has high hopes.

Written and directed by Suresh Govind, Team 5 stars Sreesanth and Nikki Galrani playing lead pair.

It also has Makrand Deshpande, Pearle Manne and Sumesh Krishnan in prominent roles.

Music is given by Gopi Sunder and Sajith Purushan took care of the camera work.
