Mahanati, Latest Update on Dulquer

Dulquer Salman is in the city today to participate in the shooting of Mahanati.

As we all know, Mahanati is a biopic on yesteryear beautiful actress Savithri.

Keerthy Suresh is playing the title role and is supported by Samantha who is reportedly playing the role of a journalist who has seen Savithri’s life from close quarters.

Another important character is enacted by Dulquer Salman who is playing Gemini Ganesan.

Dulquer Salman joined the shoot today in the city and the makers are taking extreme care to recreate this classic with great accuracy.

Mahanati will be releasing in all main languages across South India as Savithri is a known face in all the southern states.

Mahanati is produced by Ashwini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies banner and is directed by Nag Ashwin, who earlier directed Yevade Subramanyam and an English short film Yaadon ki Baarat.
