Yesterday Sister, Today Brother!

After a hiatus, Mega Brother Naga Babu’s daughter Niharika Konidela’s second untitled flick was launched yesterday amidst a low buzz. In fact, the announcement came like a surprise when everyone thought that Niha would stay away from films as she doesn’t want to go against the family’s reputation. Whatsoever, Niharika back into action sounded like a good news.

Following the sister, here is Mega Prince Varun Tej as his new flick with Raashi Khanna as heroine to be directed by debutant Venkat Atluri is launched today on BVSN Prasad and Bapineedu's SVCC banner. 

After versatile films such as Mukunda and Kanche, Mega Prince Varun Tej has started a new film in the banner Sri Venkateshwara Cine Creations. Venky Atluri will be directing this flick and BVSN Prasad is the producer.  The first scene involving the Varun Tej and heroine Raashi Khanna was given clap by composer M.M.Keeravani. Jyothirmayi Group is presenting the film.

On this occasion, Mega Brother Nagababu said ,”This film will be made under the banner SVCC and I congratulate producers BVSN Prasad and Bapineedu on this occasion. Venky Atluri is a very good writer and I am glad he is working with Varun Tej for a youthful entertainer. I wish the entire team and Venky all the very best for a successful film. I also wish Varun Tej and heroine Raashi Khanna the best in this flick.”

Varun Tej spoke,” I am very happy to work with producers Bapineedu and BVSN Prasad for a youthful entertainer of this sort. Venky Atluri will be making a directorial debut with this film and he is a great friend of mine.  He wrote a very good story and narrated it to me. This film is a romantic comedy entertainer and deals with the 10 year old journey of a love story.  George C Williams is the cinematographer for this film and S.S.Thaman is composing the music.  It is a great team which is coming forward for a good attempt.”

Venky Atluri said, “ This is my first project as a director and I worked as a writer for few films earlier. I feel lucky to have my directorial debut under a prestigious banner and with a talented actor like Varun Tej.”
