Daddy Trailer: Mumbai Underworld New Face

Mumbai underworld mafia is an unending subject for Bollywood film makers. After juicing enough on Dawood Ibrahim and his aides by Ram Gopal Varma’s company, here comes one more new attempt based on 1970’s gangster turned present day politician Arun Gawli from Arjun Rampal and writer, director Ashim Ahluwalia titled DADDY.

2 minutes 14 seconds Daddy trailer released is a clear show of an enigmatic figure Arun Gawli’s journey from once a volatile, power hungry gangster to the venerated Daddy and the crime world around. From 1970s to present, Daddy trailer looks much better than other gangster films released in last few years.

Particularly Arjun Rampal’s look makeover and attitude at playing Arun Gawli is impressive. Then the realistic texture, sensuality in drama elements will capture the attention. All in all, Daddy seems to be a special film for Arjun Rampal. Tamil beauty Aishwarya Rajesh played heroine in this flick.

In fact, Arun Gawli is one man who fought over Dawood Ibrahim’s D-Company gang domination in Mumbai.
