Manmohan Singh First Look Clicks!

The Accidental Prime Minister is an upcoming film starring Anupam Kher in the role of former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh got its first look out. Among many of the talented Bollywood artists, Anupam Kher has been extremely versatile in his craft and has donned wide variety of roles. Yet playing Manmohan Singh will be a new experience and a special item in his resume.

The Accidental Prime Minister is a political drama based on a memoir by Sanjay Baru, Manmohan Singh’s media advisor released as The Accidental Prime Minister: The Making and Unmaking of Manmohan Singh.

Unveiling the first look through his Twitter account, Kher posted the above picture having uncanny resemblances with former PM. ‘To reinvent your-self as an actor is to challenge yourself. Looking forward to portraying Dr Manmohan Singh in The Accidental Prime Minister,’ Kher further said.

This film is being directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte and produced by Sunil Bohra of Bohra Bros banner is expected to release in December 2018 just before 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
