Bipasha Basu, fondly called as Bips is in business only for the reason that she is among the hottest bodies of Bollywood. Although hr body is a feast for your eyes, what does this Bengali chik do to retain her shape.

Bipasha Basu obliges that she is driven by the ‘F’ word. Now, don’t go much into imagination and that it simply means Films, Fitness and Fashion, she is all speaking about.

“Six years ago, a daily paper called me ‘fat’ on their front page which really hurt me. I realized that everybody of my friends was polite in not calling me fat which I was. The paper actually did a favor by insulting me. I’ve done all that is needed to get a glassy figure. I ran for hours on the treadmill, almost getting knees collapsed. Then I learned that the first step to getting fit was to get healthy and followed yoga workouts along with a good, enriched diet. Within months, I dropped the extra weight,” opened Bipasha Basu her curvaceous secret.
