Is Shekhar Kammula, a failed director?

Shekhar Kammula, the talented director of Tollywood has become an unpardonable culprit before Daggubati fans. These fans eagerly waiting for the release of ‘Leader’ are continuously disappointed by Producers and Director, with indefinite postponements.

Shekhar Kammula has never directed a star hero or has never faced these many responsibilities. But Daggubati Rana’s story is entirely different, as he hails from a filmi dynasty and his father(Chinnaanna) Venkatesh has good following in both classes and masses.

Now, Directing Rana is not the same old fashioned movie making. Fans expect something difference in subject and its way of dealing without missing their own elements. Is Shekhar Kammula, a concept movie maker who believes only in characters and not the commercial success will be able to project Rana in the way fans expected?

The amount of delay that is happening in the release of ‘Leader’ is raising many eyebrows and surely a finger is to point out whether Shekhar Kammula is a successful director or failed director, when it comes to directing big stars?
