The billion dollar question teasing ‘Bahubali’ fans and Indian cinema lovers is, Why Kattappa Killed Bahubali? Before closing the first part, Rajamouli threw this question onto audience to keep excitement intact for second part. That’s a marketing strategy to keep free publicity on float.
‘There are many theories in market which I heard quoting reasons behind Kattappa killing Bahubali. Some of them have almost got it right. But this is not an important question for second part because once you get into theater, within the first half an hour you will get tuned with characters and involved into story narrative flow which makes the particular question redundant.
I know ‘Bahubali 1’ was more of high on visuals and less on emotions. As first part was a mere introduction to characters in the film, second part deals more with intense drama, emotions, play and action between them. As everyone knows what the ending of film will be, we as a team concentrated more on presenting the story in most effective manner,’ simply Rajamouli has put down all the anticipations.
