Tasting the essence of sweet success with last release ‘Srirasthu Shubhmasthu,’ looks like young hero Allu Sirish has become more cautious in picking the right scripts for better future. As we know, his next was announced with debutant director MVN Reddy under the banner of Shailendra Productions banner. There were reports on Sirish playing a challenging character on reincarnations with a fantasy element in it.
However, this project is now said to be put on hold. Sirish himself revealed the reasons quoting, ‘my forthcoming film directed by MVN Reddy and produced by Shailendra Productions has been put on hold. The story needs CG, action episodes, sets and multiple locations. This requires at least another 6 months for pre production and planning. Meanwhile, the principal cast and crew would move onto other projects. We would take a decision on how to proceed with this script soon.’
It’s a good decision indeed from Sirish to move on with other projects instead of stirring the brain on one. A combination of relatively emerging hero and a debutant director should work not only on technical and script aspects because Box Office equations matter the most.
