Exactly, Gambhir is unhappy with MS Dhoni biopic titled ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story.’ He mentioned, ‘these 17 martyrs deserve a biopic rather than any cricketer. No better inspiration than a young man sacrificing his life for his country,’ echoed his sentiments.

‘I don't believe in biopics on cricketers. I think those people who have contributed more to the country than the cricketers, deserve a biopic. There are lots of people in the country who have done so many noble deeds for the nation. Therefore biopics should to be made on their lives,’ Gambhir further added.

Definitely Gambhir comments raised many eyebrows because these reactions come at a time when many of the cricketers in world started pouring praises on Dhoni biopic. Of course, we know the friction between Gambhir and Dhoni’s relation from a long while. Coincidentally, Bollywood is cashing superbly on craze for sports and sportsmen in India by making biopic on Azharuddin, Mary Kom, Sachin Tendulkar, Milka Singh and many others.
