Inkokkadu Surprises Everyone!

As we mentioned yesterday on Chiyaan Vikram enjoys a decent fan following in Telugu states, the statement is proved right. ‘Inkokkadu,’ the movie from Vikram released yesterday amidst poor publicity has raked surprising collections on day 1 and 2. As per the reports we received, ‘Inkokkadu’ collected a gross of Rs.5.5 Crores on first day followed by Rs.4 Crores (approximately) on second day. 

By any norms, these are too good of figures for a dubbing film. Going by the promotional teaser and trailer released, ‘Iru Mugan’ caught the interest of class movie goers because of it science fiction backdrop. The espionage thriller although had its own share of drawbacks, these aren’t hampering the movie’s commercial range.

Abhishek Pictures having released the film in Telugu states banking on his theater network, ‘Inkokkadu’ is sure to have a better weekend annexed with Monday Bakrid holiday and Ganesh Immersion in Hyderabad. If the film is promoted well, chances are high for Vikram to end his commercial appetite in Telugu states.
