Inkokkadu, Vikram’s First Dual Role!

Multi talented hero Vikram has donned a wide variety of characters in his long spanned career. From brain damaged lover in ‘Sethu’ to autistic social animal in ‘Pithamagan’ to a multiple personality disorder in ‘Anniyan’ to a body builder, hunchback lover in ‘I,’ except Kamal Hasan none in Indian cinema could have attempted with so many experimentations on physical appearance.

This time, Vikram is back to entertain all of us with ‘Inkokkadu’ hitting screens on September 8th from producer N Krishna Reddy and Abhishek Pictures jointly. As per the reports we received, this is Vikram’s first ever dual roles. One of a RAW Agent named Akhil and second negative shaded character called Love. 

‘I have done good number of characters with different colors providing me scope to bring a complete artist out from me. But, I never got a chance to portray dual roles. It was one of my unfulfilled wish from long time. I was waiting for a right subject and that’s when director Anand Shankar came up with ‘Iru Mugan.’ Although Anand was looking for a most popular artist to cast in Love character, it was me who expressed the interest to take up the challenge and he was more than happy to respect my proposal,’ said Vikram.
