Koratala Showed Rajamouli Mark!

SS Rajamouli is one of those rare directors who got expertise in blending painful emotions very well with deadly action. Couple of action episodes in ‘Vikramarkudu, Chatrapathi;’ where his ultimate, powerful heroes take on villain batches have stood as elementary learning lessons for young directors to understand on how to handle the villainy thereby elevating heroism. True to a large extent that Jakkanna established a mark of his own in commercial genre using the above mentioned skill.

Writer turned director Koratala Siva exhibited the same dexterity in recently released ‘Janatha Garage.’ Nevertheless, it’s not for entire movie but just for only one episode which comes post the interval. Junior NTR and Rajeev Kanakala action episode shot with GHMC sub plot is not only hair pinching, it also lifted the film’s overall commercial result by one step high.

Couple more of such sub plots would have made a sea of difference for ‘Janatha Garage.’ Lack of emotions and feebleness in penning the sub plots resulted in spreading of a divided talk. However, the movie appears to have overcome all these drawbacks pulling crowds in huge numbers at theatres for this weekend.
