Inkokkadu Geared To Take On JA!

Chiyaan Vikram, Nayanathara and Nithya Menon’s upcoming sci-fi action thriller ‘Inkokkadu,’ a dubbed version to Tamil film ‘Iru Mugan’ is all set to hit the screens in Tamil and Telugu states simultaneously on September 8. It is very much to our knowledge that Abhishek Pictures bagged the Telugu rights of film for a whopping Rs.8.5 Crores, highest ever for a Vikram movie.

‘Iru Mugan’ completed censor formalities yesterday in Chennai to be awarded with U/A certificate. Only under special cases, Telugu regional censor clearance is again needed but with no change in run time and no scope for controversial dialogues, ‘Inkokkadu’ can be considered of almost clearing the Telugu censor too.

Directed by Anand Shankar, the early teasers and promotional stuff of ‘Inkokkadu’ raised the curiosity among Telugu audience. More over Vikram enjoys a genuine Fan base in Telugu states which should help him gain a big edge over ‘Jyo Achyuthananda’ hitting the screens on same day.
