Nara Rohit Wasting A Hit Script!

Some films go to great heights after enjoying the success in one language. When such films are remade in other languages, the result can be either ways. What we are speaking about is AR Murugadoss latest outing in Bollywood with Sonakshi Sinha starrer ‘Akira’ set for release in September 2.

Actually, this film was first made by Muruga in Tamil and it is ‘Mouna Guru’ released in 2011 became a run-a-way-hit. Subject of the film and scripting was so unique. Immediately the idea of Kannada, Telugu and Hindi remakes was mooted. For Telugu version, the film began its shoot long ago with the title ‘Shankara’ in Tatineni Sathya Prakash direction with Nara Rohit as hero while Kannada version ‘Guru’ released in 2012 was a decent hit. 

Murugadoss opted to direct the Hindi version and ‘Akira’ happened so. With Tamil, Kannada versions enjoyed a positive result and Hindi version enjoying a respectful attention, we need to wait and see, when will Rohit’s ‘Shankara’ hits the screens.
