Of course, story and script play important part in deciding the success but Rajinikanth’s stylish look, mannerisms as shown in the teaser and other promotional material are surely promising a super hit on cards. Director Pa Ranjith was in Hyderabad yesterday to reveal few highlights in ‘Kabali’ story.

Story dates back to India’s pre independence times when British bundled Tamil population to Malaysia as daily wage labor to work in rubber factories. Basic rights of these workers were oppressed and they were meant to live as slaves. Kabaleeshwaran that is Kabali is born to one of these slave families migrated from Tamil Nadu to Malaysia. How Kabali establishes a parallel system of justice becoming a savior for Tamil people in Malaysia is main game.

What are the cruel methods adopted by industrialists supported by British Raj in Malaysia? What is the basic essentiality in Kabali turning into a don? All this become a part of nerve breaking narration full of action, emotion and drama. 

Kabali opens with exposure to sufferings of Tamil people in Malaysia and Rajini arrives on screen only after 15 minutes. For major portion in story telling process, Rajini dons a younger look with 1980’s styling. Only in last 20 minutes, Kabali will be seen in an elderly look as we see in posters. Reports say; Kabali is the best and most powerful performance from Rajini in recent times.
