Director Chandrasekhar Yeleti is a special brand. His films are of course out of box but make a section of audience to wait. After a big gap, Yeleti is back with ‘Manamantha’ movie starring Mohan Lal, Gauthami, Raina Rao and Vishwant in main leads, produced by Sai Korrapati of Varahi Chalana Chithram.
‘Manamantha’ teaser is just out and is full of life. Without wasting the time on silly build up shots, the teaser directly pulls us into the story introducing four characters Mahitha – A School Girl in search of Happiness, Abhiram – An Engineering Student in search of Love, Gayathri – A House Wife in search of Respect and Sai Ram – An Assistant Manager with a Struggling life. How these four stories join together with a common point is what the movie all about.
Last line from Mohan Lal… ‘Brathakatam Nerchukunna Anukunnaanu… Kaani Manishilaa Brathakatam Marichi Poyanu’ rendered in Mohan Lal’s own voice is attention grabbing. Mahesh Shankar’s music is also good. All in all, Yeleti is traveling on a new path to further heighten the Telugu cinema standards. Worth to wait for the film's release date.
