One World… Four Stories!

Films based on human emotions always enjoy high success rate in Telugu cinema. This was proved many a times in the past and formula never goes wrong if the director and artists put their best efforts. At a time when Tollywood is reeling in crisis with failure commercial potboilers, very rarely do we see passionate directors like Chandrasekhar Yeleti putting their best efforts in delivering new age cinemas.

One such flick creating ripples in industry from some time is ‘Manamantha’ starring Mohan Lal, Gauthami, Viswant and Raina Rao in four main leads. As per reports, Yeleti is directing this flick both in Telugu and Malayalam (title Vismayam). Apparently, Yeleti described the film in simple lines. ‘This is a human drama with simple emotions and subtle sensibilities. My story is a journey of four people in different phases of life. How choices made by one can intersect and collide with paths of others in this small world is all about my story.’

Mohan Lal is in immaculate performer and so is Gauthami. Entire South Indian cinema is looking at this one film for its wonderful casting and nevertheless, Yeleti is a master in driving to new genres. Sai Korrapati of Varahi Chalanachithram is producing the film.
