‘24’ is one of the best films Indian cinema has ever seen in recent times. Director Vikram K Kumar and hero cum producer Suriya is appreciated by one and all for experimenting on such a new genre where one can travel back, front and freeze in time. While commercial success for such films is always a doubtful scenario with our audience mindset, it is too good to hear that patrons from all the sections irrespective A, B or C are adoring concept and treatment.
Agreed that, ‘24’ collections are not as encouraging as a direct mass masala commercial pot boiler but probability of this flick to sustain the momentum at Box Office are high. With ‘Bichchagadu’ and ‘Pencil’ are the two dubbing films scheduled for release in this week, there would be really no big opposition to threaten ’24.’
Meanwhile, ‘Sarrainodu’ from Geetha Arts is moving steadily with 100 Crores gross while ‘Supreme’ is losing the sheen. So, ‘24’ has the best advantage to stick on revenues front till the time ‘Brahmotsavam’ arrives.
