Surya Edits Imagino-Romanco-Philia!

Despite ‘24’ got awesome response from critics for innovative content and marvelous execution as a team led by director Vikram Kumar, second half of the film carried a negative impact due to lengthy romantic track scenes shot between hero Suriya and heroine Samanta. Yes, we are speaking about the episode shot in Gopala Puram and the Imagino-Romanco-Philia was too silly, lengthy and dim.

Major complaint from critics and a section of audience was these portions needed an immediate trimming before the beautifully shot song ‘Prema Parichayame’ comes on screen. Looks like, Suriya and Vikram Kumar have heard the demand from public. As per an update, ‘24’ second half is curtailed by nine minutes making it further crisp. These deleted portions on editing table consisted mainly of Imagino-Romanco-Philia.

In fact, romantic episodes have drained the outsmart thrill, fiction and scientific flavor in the flick. Vikram sensed the danger early on and afternoon shows from today on are getting still better response from viewers. Finally, good work by editing department.
