Allu Arjun Lures Kannada Fans

Stylish Star Allu Arjun who is in Bangalore to promote his film Sarrainodu has tried to lure his Kannada fans. The actor attended a press meet and to the surprise of local fans and media, he spoke few words in Kannada. He announced to have good fans base in Karnataka. Furthermore, Bunny said, “If an exciting script comes my way, I would love to do a straight Kannada film with Rajkumar’s family.”

In fact, Allu Arjun has good following in Karnataka. Despite talk, his films do minimum of decent business in the state. His last two films S/O Satyamurthy and Race Gurram made exceptional business at Kannada box office with Rs 5.80 crores and Rs 5.20 crores shares respectively. Due to huge hype, Sarrainodu is expected to break the previous records. The film’s Karnataka distribution rights were said to be sold for Rs 9 crores.

Allu Arjun is one of the top stars in Telugu states and he is making efforts to enlarge market in other states. He has decent following in Kerala state. While other core team is promoting Sarrainodu in Hyderabad, Allu Arjun alone is covering neighborhood states. Let’s wait and see how far Sarrainodu will help Bunny in gaining more fans in other south states.
