A film released in bare minimum number of screens due to heavy competition with other star heroes movies graced in same season has finally stood on top today in every Box Office aspect. Yes, we are talking about all the four Sankranti flicks released viz. ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana, Nananku Prematho, Dictator’ and ‘Express Raja.’ The way Nagarjuna’s flick crossed other three movies with mind blowing records created in many centers is clearly measured as a solo show of ‘Soggadu.’
With all four movies attaining the unique status of running to 50 days in good number of screens, ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ battered opposition with wide margin. According to unofficial reports, SCN achieved this feat in 110 centers while ‘Nannaku Prematho’ and ‘Dictator’ have secured it only in 16 and 3 centers respectively.
In revenue terms, Nagarjuna earned double of his investment made on SCN while NPT is rated as a cost failure and Balayya Babu also failed to recover the investment. On the other side, Sharwanand’s ‘Express Raja’ is also a profit making film. Anyways, congratulations to Nagarjuna and his team…
