Rajinikanth Eyeing On Remake!

Currently very busy with ‘Kabali’ and ‘Robo 2.0,’ there is also a new buzz in South film circles about one of the Rajinikanth’s upcoming films. In fact, Super Star is known for committing the projects one by one without creating a rush for himself. However, ‘Robo 2.0’ was a movie signed by Rajini just after the superb success of first part while ‘Kabali’ from director Pa Ranjith took long time to get materialized.

Coming to the actual point, Rajini had a special screening of Mammootty’s super hit Malayalam film ‘Bhaskar The Rascal’ and immediately decided to act in Tamil remake of the same. Director Siddique, known for delivering many hits to star hero Vijay is going to helm the project.

‘We had few discussions. Rajini sir is busy for one year with ‘Robo 2.0.’ Only after this flick, we would be able to take the final call. One thing for sure is, Rajini sir watched ‘Bhaskar, The Rascal’ at his residence through a special screening. He loved the film and was ready for the remake deal,’ Siddique said. Meanwhile, Telugu hero Venkatesh is also informed to be in the race to bag ‘Bhaskar’ Telugu remake rights.
