PVP Cinema is continuously striving to deliver quality and good cinemas rather than running behind commercial success. Their urge to work in relatively new and untouched areas may not be doing a favorable Box Office business but giving a definite chance for newcomers to try something novel. ‘Bangalore Days,’ a proven industry hit subject in Malayalam fell into PVP hands for other regional language remakes.

Two weeks back they are done with ‘Bangalore Naatkal’ release, the Tamil remake starring Rana, Sri Divya, Arya, Bobby Simha and others in direction of ‘Bommarillu’ Bhaskar. However, the commercial applause for the film is reported to be not as promising as what the original Malayalam version enjoyed. In fact, PVP and Dil Raju had their initial plans to remake the same even in Telugu but dropped at later hour.

Now, we heard from PVP sources that ‘Bangalore Naatkal’ will have a dubbed Telugu version too and will hit the screens may be after ‘Brahmotsavam.’ This means, ‘Bangalore Days’ will no more have a Telugu remake. After witnessing the poor Box Office response for Tamil version, this is definitely a good decision from PVP.
