Despite the big blows from critics and reviewers, ‘Courier Boy Kalyan’ is sailing smooth towards no-profit and no-loss shores for distributors and producers. Yes, the film having buried in cans for more than a year was once seen as a banned venture. However, Nithin’s timely action and Gautham Vasudev Menon’s brand value bought few of the buyers to fore risking big time.
Given the festive season and absence of no worthwhile films in theaters (‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ is into second week), patrons rushed to ‘Courier Boy Kalyan’ to watch at least Nithin on big screen. Appreciations are poured in for Prem Sai’s storyline but there was a problem with his inexperienced narration.
Keep all these aside, unofficial reports from ‘CBK’ sources say that the film might enjoy a share of Rs. 6 to 7 Crores by end of first week in Telugu states saving the producers and financiers. Finally, the game of waiting with proper release strategy worked positively.
